ProofsProofs from events and sessions can be seen through our storefront managed by ExpressDigital's portal PhotoReflect.com, which handles collecting order information and payment processing for many photographers. Proceed to our storefront by clicking on Frank Jansen Photography Proofs or by going to our "Schedule" page and clicking on the Available link for a completed event. The images that you see on-line are only proofs and do not reflect the quality of the final image, which you will received in print. The printed image will have been cropped, light-balanced and color-corrected prior to going to the lab for printing. Cropping of images will be based on what will present the best possible photo for your enjoyment; if you have any specific requests for how you would like to have an action image cropped, please don't hesitate to include it with your order. However, keep in mind that depending on print-size, lighting conditions and overall balance of the image not all requests can be satisfied. Also, on some in-door events there will be limited possibilities for image adjustment without making the final image too grainy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the final result, please don't hesitate to contact us for a full refund or credit of the purchase price of the photo product. Electronic proofs of events and sessions are kept on-line for approximately 1 year, after which they are archived.
